Privacy Policy & Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 2026. This document governs the data collection and service agreements for 360 Pest Solutions, LLC, operating in Bexar County, Texas.
Part I: Privacy Policy
1. Information Collection
We collect personal information necessary to conduct structural pest audits and localized treatments. This includes your name, residential address (for service dispatch), phone number, and email address (for invoicing). We do not collect sensitive financial data on this website; all payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party gateways.
2. Use and Protection of Data
Your information is used exclusively for routing technicians, calculating linear footage for structural exclusion estimates, and providing pest control services in the San Antonio area. We do not sell, rent, or lease our client lists to third parties. We will never share your structural vulnerability data with outside entities, except as required by Bexar County law enforcement or environmental regulatory agencies.
3. Cookies and Analytics
This website utilizes standard analytics cookies to monitor local traffic patterns from zip codes such as 78260 (Timberwood Park) and 78258 (Stone Oak). This data helps us optimize our server and understand local pest pressure trends. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to contact us for service.
Part II: Terms of Service
1. The “No-Contract” Flat Rate Agreement
Unlike national chains, 360 Pest Solutions does not operate on an open-ended monthly subscription model. All treatments (including termite trenching, rodent exclusion, and scorpion sealing) are quoted as flat-rate structural projects. Once the specific eradication protocol is complete and the invoice is settled, the client is under no obligation for future recurring billing.
2. Structural Modification Liability
Physical exclusion (such as installing weep-hole mesh or reinforcing soffits) requires minor structural modifications to the property. While we execute all work to strict architectural and HOA standards, 360 Pest Solutions is not liable for pre-existing structural damage (e.g., wood rot, foundation settling) discovered during the exclusion process.
3. Weather & Treatment Efficacy
Liquid applications (such as subterranean termite trenching) are subject to weather conditions. Extreme rainfall in the Texas Hill Country immediately following an application may delay the bonding of termiticide to the soil. We reserve the right to reschedule treatments to ensure the chemical barrier sets properly according to EPA and TDA guidelines.
